wilton has a tip just for that it's tip #233 or I suppose you could use a star...say a #16 or similar, or a #2 or#3 and pull out the "blades individually, depending on the efect you're going for.

its the wilton tip 233, grass and bear fur ( i know, sounds strange that its both, but it is LOL)
