Has anyone ever made a chocolate "smash" cake? They are a hollow cake made of chocolate and filled with treats or toys etc.

I have a request for one, so just seeing if anyone else has made one of these and how you did it?

I have actually seen one of these and asked how to do it. The lady told me she used a betty crocker pan that allows for a hollow middle. I was tempted to try it, however with the scare of the lead in all the toys lately it deterred me from even attempting it. I know Michael's carries the pan but not sure of anywhere else.

Wish you the best of luck!!
