hi guys, i was wondering if ganache - my receipe is whipped double cream and chocolate - needs to be refridgerated. if i ice a cake with it will i need to keep the cake refridgerated? what about it its under fondant. Im just concerned that the cream would go rancid outside the fridge and im worried about cupcake frostings and ganache that use cream.

I always put anything iced with ganache in the fridge, because of the cream.
