Hey everyone. Quick question- I have a cake due Wednesday morning (today is Monday) and I baked it last night (sunday), leveled and stacked it tonight, and plan on icing/decorating it tomorrow (tuesday). Is it safe to let it sit out on my counter Tuesday night after it's iced and decorated? If so, do I have to put it in a box? If not, how do I store it? They need it by Wednesday at 12. Thanks!

It can sit on the counter. If you have pets or kids i'd put it in a box! LOL

I never refrigerate my cakes. They sit on the counter 2-3 days before a wedding.
