I have never done a cupcake bouquet before. I think they are so cute.
I want to try one this afternoon and have a few questions and would appreciate any advice!

1. What is the best buttercreme to use for the frosting? I would like to try the piped flowers on each cuppie...if on an angle in the container, will the bc slide off?

2. I have seen a couple of "tutorials" and they are different...one ices before attaching to the container, the other ices after the cuppies are attached. I am confused, which is better for a beginner?

3. Toothpicks seem to be the choice to attach to the base...how long are these type of toothpicks, and where would I find them? Do they really stay on firmly when the bouquet is delivered?
