I have made a few mad hatter cakes. Every time the mmf slides, and it gets bubbles. Can anyone help me. Am I rolling it to thin?
Thanks to anyone who can help.

I would say roll it a bit thicker. I have not experienced the bubble thing, but I have seen discussions here. The solution is to pin prick the cake through the fondant to allow excess air/gas out.

If you search fondant bubbles in the forum you may find the thread.
