I just bought this and mixed it with pureed strawberries and it is so good! I was going to use it as a filling and then make buttercream to ice the cake. Will the buttercream over power the filling then. I want to make roses , try the drop string technique on the side, and write on the top of the cake. Can these things be done with the bettercream or should I just ice with buttercream icing? There was a thread I saw on this just a couple days ago but I have searched for it for over an hour and can't seem to find it. Sorry for the repitition of this subject. Thankyou very much for your time.

B'cream shouldn't overpower that fillingaicon_smile.gif
I didn't have any luck making roses w/Bettercreme icon_sad.gif But it should be o.k. for string work and writing.

I just wanted to say thankyou for your reply to my post. I made the cake and it turned out ok. Working with the bettercream is definitley different than normal buttercream. But we love the taste. Thanks again for your reply.
