I am making WASC, and I forgot to add all the eggs!!! I just realized this now, after they baked! I only added 4 egg whites instead of 8...what effect does this have on the cakes? Should I rebake??
I wish I could tell you. I have no clue, but I agree with you, I would rebake to be safe. Especially if you are selling them. If they were for my family, I would let them taste and see if they like it.

Thanks, that is what I am thinking! lol Especially after I just read online that eggs make the cake moist and rise well...Well, mine rose but they came out looking a little dark !!
