Are there any classes locally that you could take? Sugarshack has some wonderful DVs on her website that would be a great help to you. The website is www.sugaredproductions.com It will be the best money you have ever spent.

You could start with a Wilton's class at a Michael's or Jo-Ann's fabric store. Miles Cake and Candy Store on SW 132(?) and Galloway has very good classes on cake decorating.
