My SIL is diabetic and loves chocolate. I'm looking for some sugar free truffle recipes so that I can make her a gift box of treats for thanksgiving and christmas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've searched on the internet but haven't had any luck.

Just be careful if you use sugar-free chocolate. Most sugar substitutes used in them can cause gastric distress if too much is consumed, and depending upon sensitivity, can happen quickly, and without warning.
