I have a cake for Sunday that has red gerber daisies on it. I really want to deliver it tomorrow b/c Sunday is usually my day to relax. Can I deliver it Saturday if the cake is for Sunday, or will the daisies start to wilt?

Thanks!!!

What is the flower made of? gp; fondant; royal; b'cream? What kind of icing is it going on?
Usually there would be NO problem. The cake should not be friged just leave it in the box at room temp. It should b e fine.

If they are fresh... can you put drinking straws for the flowers in the cake and leave the flowers in water? Then the customer can just stick em right in when its time.
