i wanted to get some cake lover opinions before I go forth.
This cake is for me for friday night
WASC cake (minus the almond flavor) with layers of chocolate ganache and pastry cream, covered in fondant.
Im thinking of soaking the ganache layers with chocolate liquor but I don't know what to soak the pastry cream layer with
what do you guys think, does that sound like a good combo or am I out of my mind??
The only thing Ive already made is the 4 batches of WASC
