It depends on how much cake you use. When I make mine I use 3 8" layers of cake...what I carve away I add in other places so I end up with the same amount of cake I started out with. Servings for mine would be about 20. You can make it any size you wish.

OOps! guess I should read the WHOLE sentence........ 
I was wondering about the servings for the cake instructions that MissMissy posted above. I didn't it mention how many people it would serve so I was hoping someone had made one with her instructions and could tell me how many servings it makes.
