Hi all!

I am making a WASC (my first time to try this one, I'm excited!) wedding cake this weekend. It will be covered in MMF. What type of icing do you recommend underneath? The bride just requested almond flavored cake.

Try Sharon Zambitos butter cream, it has the wedding bouquet flavoring which pairs with the wasc perfectly....or butter cream dream icing with wedding bouquet flavoring or even a creme bouquet flavoring in either before mentioned recipes...which both are listed in the recipe section on here in icings.

Try Sugarshack's icing - I always add almond to all my buttercreams.
It comes out very creamy as well.
