Years ago my sister used to make cakes from a cake mix adding instant pudding to it.
Anybody do that? I'm not sure if it's a recipe you need, or if you simply add a box of instant pudding when making regular method on the box.
If memory serves me... the cake turned out quite moist and yummy.

Thank you.

I always add a box of instant pudding and an extra egg. It seams to make the cake moist and maybe a little firmer.

I always use instant pudding and an extra egg in my mixes also. It is always fun to find different flavors that you can make just by using the variety of pudding flavors (strawberry cake mix and cheesecake pudding). It always turns out very moist and delicious. Good luck!! thumbs_up.gif

I like mixing or matching my pudding to the cake mix. I also use either milk or cream or 1/2 & 1/2 instead of the water that most cake mixes call for.

I tried that once and the cake was TWO Moist and wouldn't rise enough in the middle. (even with two nails in it) Do I put less water in it?

Here's a link to one of many threads that have been based around this topics - just to add some extra ideas.
