I have an order for an American Flag cake. They want a whipped cream frosting. I am going to use the Whipped Cream Frosting recipe that has the cream cheese in it. Can I pipe with this and can I get a good red and blue color?

I've not used that perticular recipe but I doubt you are going to get the deep, bright colors you want Cr ch is very hard to work with and so is whipped cream! Combining the two looks to me like a problem.
The only way I see this working for you is to use an airbrush.

Thanks. I was really wanting to try this frosting out, but I might have to wait. I get tired of the buttercream sometimes. Maybe I should try SMBC or IMBC. Can you color those?
