the wilton cake filling recipes? i made the raspberry, and lemon filling today and i don't know how long can you keep them in the refrigerator, and are they still good after a week there? the rapberry is just sugar and berries but the lemon one have eggyolks in it cooked ofcourse.

I have not made those fillings. I do believe the raspberry will be just fine........just like jelly.
But the lemon......I don't have any idea. I would think yes, but really am not fimilar w/how long cooked eggs would last.
