I need a good chocolate cake recipe that will tier well. I'm guessing I need a dense one? I want something that will be easy and not too expensive to make. I am making a 3 tiered cake, 10 inch being the largest size. Anyway help would be appreciated... have to make today. Also, I plan on leveling it and filling with a good chocolate filling, any suggestions on what would be great as well! I heard that mousse doesn't stay good unless refrigerated, so maybe ganache? never made that before. Anyway, please help me, i need it today so that i can decorate tomorrow and send on it's way friday. Thank you!
