Hi all, I'm still kind of new to cake making/decorating. I met someone yesterday who said they wished they could find someone to make 3-milk cake (she's from Mexico). I googled it (I've never heard of it before) and Tres Leches recipe came it. So my question is: Is 3-milk cake & tres leche cake the same? And can tres leche cake be decorated just as any other cake?
