icon_sad.gif I bought unsalted butter by mistake, can I still use it to make butter creme frosting? Will that change the taste? Do I add salt? icon_sad.gif

I actually use the unsalted butter all the time with my bc. It will be fine. I never add salt to mine and I have never had a complaint one. If you decide that you would like to add salt to it, most get a finer salt such as regular popcorn salt. A little goes a long way. Good luck to you icon_smile.gif
