I found this recipe here on CC(sorry can't remember who) for Cream Cheese Fondant and trying to make a dress for belly cake for a baby shower tonight. This is my first time making this type of fondant and it is delicious, but it keeps breaking- I can't really do anything with it. The cake is red velvet so cream cheese is a must. I hate that I made this promise to a friend and possibly won't be able to deliver. I still have one ball left that is wrapped because I am so frustrated. Can anyone help?
