I am doing a christening cake today for Sunday. Would the customer be better off leaving it out or refrigerating? White cake with b/c only. Thanks for the help!

There is absolutely no need to refrigerate a cake unless it has a perishable filling. Refrigeration tends to dry out cake anyway.

Leahs---

I think I know the answer but....

What would you consider perishable fillings?
