Help, please. How long does the unbaked dough last? I made a batch early last week, and I have some left over. I just wrapped it in saran and put in a ziplock bag - stuck them in the fridge. I have a cookie order due tomorrow, and I am going to have to make another batch. Can I use the older dough first, or should I toss it? icon_cry.gif I hate waste!!!

Thanks in advance,
anxiously awaiting expert responses! icon_biggrin.gif

Hmm...leftover in the fridge maybe not, but if it was in the freezer maybe. I'm funny about leftovers though. If they don't get eaten the next day, they get trashed. Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't use it.

Michelle - I was kinda thinking the same thing, but I hate to throw cookie dough away! icon_cry.gif

Thanks again! icon_smile.gif

Don't throw it away....use it to make sample cookies of the new cutters you have or to practice a new technique.

Yeah, I'd go with MichelleM77's advice. Make samples with it and make new for your order. It freezes very well tho for next time.
