Wilton has a maroon color that you can add a little bit of red to to make it more cabernet. Or you can mix red with brown, adding the brown last a little at a time.

Be forwarned that adding a lot of food color can change the properties of fondant, making it more rubbery than elastic and the added liquid can make it sticky.

You may want to try adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder for the brown aspect, and you may need to add some cornstarch if it takes a lot of red coloring to off-set the stickiness.

I've also heard CCers say that they've had success using chocolate marshmallows for MMF, but I don't how it would look adding red to them.
