I make some mini cheese muffins ,I have never tried full size muffins though, I assume it would work.

Its not really a recipe its more of a list of ingrediants that you mix together until it looks right.

Bisquick baking mix (about 2 cups)
Parmesan Cheese (about 1/2 cup)
Cheddar Cheese (about 1/2 cup)
Oregano (1 tbls, maybe?)
Enough milk to make the right consistency, it will be thick and lumpy.
Stir just until combined, over mixing will make flat muffins.
Bake at 350

Thats about it, I never measure anything I just eyeball it and they always turn out perfect.

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
3/4 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of red pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced fine
parsley flakes

Mix your Bisquick, milk, spices, and cheese together until just combined, dont overmix! Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for about 8-10 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned. Melt butter, garlic, and a couple of pinches of parsley flakes on your stovetop. When biscuits are done, brush melted butter mixture over the HOT biscuits. Serve warm.
