Our BJ's wholesale closed. WE checked out both Costco and Sam's and decided to join Costco. My question is does anyone use the 10x powdered sugar made by US Sugar from Costco? It is cheaper than BJ's as a 7 Lb bag is $4.79 and I was payin $2.79 for a 4 lb bag of Domino at BJ's. I really hate to have to start paying premium prices at Publix for the Domino brand that I am used to using. Thanks for any input.

I use the Costco US Sugar frequently with no problems. I have used it for MMF, regular fondant, "buttercreams" of various sorts, gumpaste, royal - whatever thumbs_up.gif Domino's is one of the few "pure cane sugar" brands, though. There have been discussions on this previously that you can search out. Costco brand is a mix of beet and cane sugars, but I see no differences at all in taste or behavior.
