I have only dabbled in fondant thus far; however, I am ready to try some different things.
I purchased Lucks Shimmer Airbrush Color. It says that it is non-toxic, but does that mean it is edible? I was going to make some plain white roses with fondant for a cake and use the red shimmer airbrush color. The pictures that I have seen using this stuff look stunning! This cake will be for my cousinâs birthday and I want to know if I should tell her- edible or not. I donât anticipate anyone eating them, I just want to be safe.

For some reason, this is not allowing me to post my entire question, it is cutting it off part way. No matter how many times I try it won't let me ask about pearl dust.

I haven't used Luck's shimmer airbursh color personally but there was a thread here and people were complaining about it clogging their airbrushes. You might want to search for the thread before you purchase it.
