Any idea how to turn a wasc into sugar free? All box mixes have sugar. Customer wants a good sugar free white cake. I have no idea where to start. All I usually use is wasc for a white cake. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

My first thought would be to go to the Splenda website and look around at the recipes. Maybe check out the American Diabetes association webpage for recipe resources. Good Luck!

Thanks. I just wish I could avoid making alot of different cakes. She only wants certain layers sugar free.

Sorry, but I have never tried any myself. Good luck! Maybe some of the recipes will have reviews that would be helpful.

jenlg-I saw that Pillsbury has a reduced sugar box mix (and frosting too). I havent tried either but it might be worth looking into.
