Does anyone know how long you can keep royal icing in a container? I have some left over from approximately one month ago and was wondering if I could still use it to make flowers. Thanks
I know others have a different opinion, but I've left it sit on the counter like that for a month, re-whipped it to get it back to a normal consistancy, and used it with no problems. So I say go for it.
it is still usable, but i do find that RI that old will not dry as hard and crisp as new RI.
