Your forum is very informative and people seem to know their decorating and I am wondering whether someone out there would be able to help me.
I would like to get some instructions as to how to make swags and draping out of fondant on a wedding cake...the is urgently required for this week end.
The draping is on a 3 tier stacked wedding cake and it starts from the top layer and drapes down to the bottom layer, swirls a little to the side and extends down and around the drum a little. I wish I could send you a picture but its in Modern Wedding Cakes vol. 7.
I would really appreciate any information on the above. Thank you,
J.
This is in the articles section... There is great info there...

That gives you the basics of the "swag" part...I think from there you can imagine how you are going to have to drape it down the cakes. I don't have any step by steps. Take some fondant and practice
Good luck
Pat
Awesome tutorial! Thank you so much for sharing it with us! I've been wanting to make some swags and drapes myself!
