Anyone else have a problem with their avatar picture? Sometimes mine is there and sometimes it's not. Anyone else? What to do? Is there a fix?

. . . I used to change my avatar regularly . . . but right now I am reluctant to do so because of the issues with attachments not working all the time . . . . . . guess I'll have to be satisfied keeping the one I have for awhile longer . . .
