I have two different baby shower cakes to do and each will have a layer with the theme on top of a 11 x 15 sheet cake. I usually use 2 box mixes for this pan. How can I get this sheet to look higher than it usually does, use more mix? Any suggestions? TIA.

Yes of course bake more batter. Also you can torte the cake and add a filling.

thanks k8memphis,

I'll just fill the pan a little more than usual. The mother doesn't want any filling just white cake.

Have a good day!
