I have this picture of the cake a couple would like but I need help. Can anyone tell me if this is chocolate folds around the cake or could it be material. Sorry not a good photo as I think it has been scanned from a book. Thought someone may have seen it.

Not a good pic at all but I would think is is fondant folds.
