If I made it this morning, how long will it be good for? I thought my teacher said 3 weeks. Can someone tell me if that is correct?
Thank you

the Wilton class buttercream Icing will last for up to 8 weeks on the counter. According to The trainers at one of our training sessions you should not refrigerate the stuff. I usually tell my students if using to practice with after about 3 weeks or when it starts to get a see-thru appearance, this is when you want to make fresh icing.

i say the wilton stuff is yuck and not worth making!

It will spoil if you use milk instead of corn syrup which is what my Wilton recipe says you can use...
