Drambuie Cake

Does anyone have any idea how I would do a drambuie shaped cake. I have a lady asking for one in the next couple of weeks. Ideas would be appeciated.

Flat or 3D? The Drambuie bottle is squat and round.
For 3D, stack (3) 6" cakes with a half-ball on top, then 2 or 3 cupcakes for the neck and lid, secured with a dowel. Ice, fondant, whatever you choose, next.
There is also a tutorial on CC to do a sugar bottle.
You could do either of the above, and then apply an edible image of the label, or you could handpaint the label.
