Isn't it interesting to see how there are some many close in height and weight bu yet where such different sizes?
I could never think that an 8 is fat, especially since I started at an 18. I thought I have read that 14 is actually a pretty average size for women, even though men and women think it is a smaller number.
I am not aiming for 90 or 100 pounds. It isn't gonna happen. I know that isn't a realistic goal for me to have. Right now I'm just aiming at the number I am because according to the BMI chart that is where I should be to be in a normal weight. It isn't a number that is set in stone either, so as I get closer to it I may realise that I don't feel the need to get to that exact number. Also if I do work out I will hopefully build some muscles and it may not be possible to hit that number either.
I just want to be a healthy weight, not as skinny as I can be.
