Hi everyone, just wanted to share with you my daughters 1st creation all by her self (well she uses some of the flowers that we made together over months for the Wilton courses )We finished course 3 in July and are waiting to take the fondant and gumpaste course (she has cheerleading the same night as the course)
Let me know what you guys think.
Denise
Very Cute! My dd who is 13 also likes to decorate with me. The twins (9yrs) like to do cookies too. Keep on decorating!
awww.... I wish it was a larger picture........ it looks really pretty ! She has alot of talent !
It looks very pretty. Isn't it wonderful to see the pride on their faces when they accomplish like this?
Tell her - Great job!! It's lovely! Budding decorator extradinaire! (Better than my first cake!!)
How cute is that!!! My 12 year old loves caking with me; I call her "apprentice" and when I say that, shes shows up faster than normal cause she figures it has something to do with baking. I have to show her this. Give a big 'way to go' to your dd for me!
Wow - awesome job!!! If she keeps it up, you have the next Collete Peters, Duff and Debbie Brown (plus many amazing decorators from this site) all rolled into one!!! Way to go!!!!
Hi Denise, please tell her very well done. It looks so pretty. My 12 year old grandson made & decorated a cake for his dad for Father's day, he made everything himself, we were all so proud of him, you can see the cake in Superstar2' s photo's (that's his mom) he was so proud of himself that he asked her to put the picture on CC for him. I do so love to see another generation of cake decorators coming along so well.
