I had one customer who ordered about once a month and *always* ordered WASC w/bavarian creme. I thought that was so bland

ahem...what is WASC?

WASC is White Almond Sour Cream. I just made one for the first time and OMG it's to die for! It's a white cake mix that's "doctored". It makes it thick and dense and moist and oh so delicious. I filled mine with a Strawberry Cream Cheese filling recipe found on this site and then frosted it with buttercream. I also added slivered almonds to the middle jsut for good measure! It's the best cake I've ever had!
