I've done some sugar cookies using the flooding method with RI, but am curious to learn about other options.

Which do you like MMF or rolled buttercream?

What is the difference in roll ability, taste, ease of use, etc.,?

I used satin ice one time and it dried out on the cookie. So does mmf. I don't know if it was just me or what. But I didn't like that it did that. Very unappealing.
