Spectrum/americolor..are They The Same Colors

I just recieved an online purchase for food color and was kinda suprized to see the word Spectrum on top of the squeeze bottle. I was expecting americolor. When i ordered them the description said, "spectrum-americolor" Are they both the same thing? Same colors? I'm confused. I don't want to open them to see if they are the same as my other colors in case i want to return them.
Is Spectrum just another name for americolor???
ETA..the bottles themselves look just like the americolor bottles, same size etc..The color names..seem the same too.

Spectrum is a brand name from England I believe.
Do they work as well as the americolor?
I wonder why they would have labelled the description as such? If they are different they should have put one or the other.
