Question to all the old pros....

I'm decorating my first wedding cake for the weekend. I have the cakes made, and frozen with the first layer of frosting on them, second will go on tonight. The frosting is white, and accent frosting will be brown scrolls. I was planning on finishing deocrating the cakes on friday, wedding is saturday. After I put the accent frosting (brown) on, can the cakes be put back in the freezer, and thaw ok, or will the brown frosting bleed? I just want to make sure that my cake stays moist for saturday, but am nervous if I re-freeze and thaw that it won't look good if it bleeds.

If you are decorating on Friday and the wedding is Saturday there is absolutely NO need to put them in the freezer!
I would urge you NOT to do it. The cakes will stay fresh.
I put the cakes in the fridge when I'm done.
