Does anyone know if any royal icing recipes can be halfed or not?? I am down to my last tablespoon and a half of meringue powder...and i am doing a royal icing tiara for Saturday. Can anyone help me?!

Yes - you can half the recipe.

Sure can - I always do it that way just to cut down on the leftovers. Just be careful about adding the water - mine usually takes a little less than 'half'

I make half a batch all the time. Just be careful with the amount of liquid that you put in, especially if its very humid out.
