HI,
I want to put dragees on a cake with a quilt pattern but it will be frozen and I'm afraid the dragees will fall off during transporting or during the thawing process. Has anyone done this successfully and can help with tips? Or will it just not be possible and I will have totry something else?!

Thanks for the help! usaribbon.gif

My wedding was last year 2007 and my wedding cake had silver dragees on it. We frozed the top tier for one year in a regular fridge and we just ate the cake a few days ago. The dragees were still on it and after we defrost the cake it still tasted as good as the day we were married. My cake did not have a quilt pattern. Hope this helps.
