I am planning on making a table cake with fondant table cloth and miniture food...teapot, tea cups, cake, sandwiches etc and was wondering if fondant mixed with tylose powder would be ok to make the mini food from?

Also how long will it take to dry fairly hard?

(new to all this, lol)

I would say that would be ok to make the accents with. I have never used tylose powder so I am not sure how long it would take the food to dry out. Maybe someone else with more experience can help you out there!

Anyone...? I basically would just like to know if the tylose will make the fondant easier to model miniture objects and dry fairly hard??
