I will be making chocolate pizzas with kids for my daughter's chocolate party. I'm undecided on what to use as crust. Some recipes mold chocolate discs to use as crust, some use pie crust and others use actual pizza crust. Has anyone tried all three? Which did you prefer?

I am also considering a smores pizza with graham cracker crust. Thanks in advance for your input.

What about cookie dough?

Thanks for your response. On another site, a few people said that using cookie dough made it a little too sweet. I don't want to give the kids too much sugar. Maybe, I'll just have to do a taste test.

I've made tons of these where I used to work and they used a puff pastry dough it balanced the chocolate nicely.
I've used short dough at home and it's good too
