I am looking into purchasing a Revolation X chocolate tempering machine and am wondering if it's worth its hefty price tag. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with any positive or negative input if you currently own or perhaps own a different Chocolate Tempering Machine.

I have a Revolation 2 machine. It works fine, no trouble at all. I wish it tempered more then 1.5 lbs at a time. How many lbs. will the revolation x
temper at one time?

The machine I am looking to buy will tempur as little as 3 pounds of chocolate or the maximum of 10 pounds.
