I didn't see the pan sizes but here are some sizes and servings.
Oval (2 layer cakes)
7 3/4" x 5 5/8" 9 servings
10 3/4" x 7 7/8" 20 servings
13" x 9 7/8" 30 servings
16" x 12 3/8" 44 servings
source is baking911.com
Being 3" deep you will probably only use one layer but still consider it the same as a 4" cake.
My guess would be about 35 - maybe 40.
What you can do to figure it out yourself is make a tracing of the inside bottom of the pan w/paper, then mark off the size servings you feel comfortable w/ and count them
Go to the wilton website. It has serving #'s for all shapes of pans. It also has amount of batter for each size pan.
1000 Thanks..
