I have tried painting a few pieces of mmf with luster dust mixed with vodka and they look kinda streaky and patchy, what am I doing wrong?

I don't have an airbrush just a few paint brushes, how do I do this?

Am I not using the right amount of vodka or dusts? TIA

My guess is that it is either too thick, or you are putting too much on...

Try to not go over the same spot. It's like coloring, if you color over and over in the same place it will be darker than the rest. Paint the entire area, let it dry for a couple of minutes then repaint. Do this until you reach the depth of color you want. I don't use vodka, I use everclear.
Hope this helps.

I agree with jibbies. Let it dry first then do it again. You also can use confectioner's glaze or lemon extract too. icon_smile.gif
