Hi-
I'm doing my 1st Topsy Turvy cake next weekend and I have been doing research on how to do this. I've read the one slice method, then other stacking smaller cakes on bottom of each tier with the ones on top being bigger, cutting a grove on the top of the lower tiers to set the other tiers in...etc. Can anyone give me advice on which oneworks best.
