Can you freeze truffles and if so for how long. Would like to get a jump start on my Christmas candy making!

Yes you can up to 2 months after that not sure.
I have done it without any problems mind you they always have lots of liquer in them!
Sometimes I just take them out of the freezer an hour or two before I want to serve them and they are fine.
Wrap them well and place them in a tub for the freezer.
